These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the iOS applications (the “App”), operated by Jameel Ahmed (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use this App.
By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes only.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App.
Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes.
Interfere with the App’s functionality, servers, or networks.
3. User Accounts (if applicable)
Some features may require account creation. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content (if applicable)
You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit through the App.
By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Service.
You agree not to post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions processed through Apple’s App Store.
Payment is managed by Apple. We do not have access to your billing details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You may manage or cancel them through your Apple ID settings.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the App (including trademarks, graphics, and code) belong to us or our licensors.
You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may include third-party services (e.g., analytics, ads, or links to websites).
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the App in the past 12 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
You may stop using and delete the App at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country or region, subject to local consumer protection laws.
Disputes will be handled in the courts of your country or region, unless otherwise required by law.

Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
